At the end of September 2020, we were able to hand over these attractive owner-occupied apartments to their new owners on schedule and to a high standard of quality. We successfully realised this beautiful project in the midst of an established residential neighbourhood in Zurich-Oerlikon. With this property, we were able to contribute all of our expertise. We acted as investor and developer and were also responsible for the realisation of the property. The residential building, located in an idyllic single-family home neighbourhood in Zurich-Oerlikon, is a successful replacement for a traditional single-family house with a generous surrounding area. Once again, this allowed the desired densification of the urban environment to be realised in an elegant manner.
