For Halter AG Entwicklungen, we realised the Austrasse development in Arlesheim as general contractor. The two buildings comprise 18 owner-occupied apartments ranging from 2.5 to 4.5 rooms. The two multi-family buildings are connected via the property's own underground car park and provide 18 parking spaces. Heat is generated in a particularly environmentally friendly and energy-efficient manner using a heat pump with a geothermal probe. Public transport, shopping facilities and schools are all within walking distance.
