The Bellevia residential development, located on the northern edge of Glattpark, comprises 176 apartments ranging from 1.5 to 5 rooms and offers a wide variety of floor plans. First-time tenants can further personalise their apartment by choosing a coloured feature wall. Despite the affordable rents, the apartments offer a high-quality standard of finish and a generous sense of space. For this development, W. Schmid AG acted as the real estate developer, general contractor and construction contractor.
