The Burbel residential development comprises four buildings with a total of 27 condominiums. The new development meets the MINERGIE standard and is equipped with a controlled residential ventilation system for enhanced comfort. Each building also features a brine-to-water heat pump for heating. Access to the buildings is provided via a central communal area, further strengthening the development’s sense of community.
