On Elsässerstrasse in Basel, we delivered a replacement building as the full-service contractor for SF Urban Properties AG. Designed by Luca Selva Architekten, the distinctive corner building features a white exposed-concrete façade. “Maison Johann” comprises 14 condominiums and two commercial spaces on the ground floor and was constructed using high-quality building materials.
