The Baumgartner houses are well known to many people in Basel. Their builder, Wilhelm Emil Baumgartner, himself grew up on Elsässerstrasse. On behalf of MIM AG, we carried out the renovation of the properties at Elsässerstrasse 27, 29 and 31. The façades, attics and sanitary facilities of the three listed buildings were carefully refurbished. In addition to enhancing living comfort, the renovation also improved the buildings’ energy efficiency.
