As part of the refurbishment of 206 apartments ranging from 1 to 6.5 rooms, the existing balconies are being replaced and enlarged, including new sun-shading systems. The façade will undergo hazardous-material remediation before being completely renewed. The doorbell and access system, as well as the mailboxes, will also be replaced. Residents will be able to remain in their homes throughout the entire refurbishment, as all work is being carried out while the apartments remain occupied. Completion is scheduled for November 2026.
