“Express” also applies to the construction time: the hotel was built using a hybrid construction method, with prefabricated elements helping to accelerate the building process. Energy efficiency was also a key consideration. The rooms are heated and cooled using a modern fan-coil system, allowing for individual and energy-efficient temperature control.
