The interiors of the two apartment buildings, comprising a total of 15 apartments, as well as the underground car park, were refurbished. New flooring and wall finishes in the bathrooms and kitchens give the apartments a fresh, modern appearance. The building services, including heating, ventilation, sanitary installations and kitchen appliances, were also upgraded and renewed in accordance with current regulations. New entrance doors, floor coverings and locking systems give the entrance areas a more open and contemporary appearance.
