In the historic building at Klybeckstrasse 161, we created an attractive and contemporary office environment featuring an innovative and sustainable building services concept. We also completed the tenant fit-out for BASF’s Swiss headquarters, which occupies a large part of the building. With a total floor area of 10,576 m², the flexible layout allows for a wide range of zoning and space configurations while ensuring abundant natural daylight throughout.
