At Letzigraben in Zurich, we constructed a new residential and commercial building as general contractor for Korfa Verwaltungs- und Immobilien AG. The existing building was demolished and the contaminated site was remediated. The new building extends over six storeys. The ground floor features more than 400 m² of retail space, which will be occupied by the discount retailer Denner. The upper floors comprise 28 rental apartments ranging from 1.5 to 3.5 rooms. The development also includes 14 underground parking spaces and an additional 8 outdoor parking spaces.
