Just 250 metres from Lake Zurich, the “Malina” residential development was created on the sunny Gold Coast. The two buildings, featuring mirrored floor plans, comprise 14 condominiums and are oriented slightly to the southwest, towards the sun and the lake.

The buildings are set within generous, park-like landscaped grounds featuring lawns, seating areas, playground equipment, trees and shrubs, creating inviting spaces for relaxation, recreation and social interaction. All apartments were handed over to their owners in December 2023.
