Set as a stand-alone building within park-like surroundings, the Römerpark urban villa in Baden comprises 30 luxurious owner-occupied apartments. Rather than being considered a luxury, the Minergie standard was an integral part of the development from the outset. The building’s energy requirements are met by a heat pump combined with the use of groundwater as an energy source.
