Rupf & Co. AG is an independent family-owned company with more than 100 years of experience in the paints and coatings industry. The fifth construction phase included an expansion of the production facilities. The four-storey building was delivered on a turnkey basis and equipped with the necessary infrastructure, including heating, ventilation and sanitary systems. The new areas were subsequently fitted out with production equipment by the client. The development also extended underground: the first basement level now accommodates storage space, while the second basement level houses the company’s own underground car park. Even from a distance, it is clear that Ruco is all about colour. The carefully coordinated coloured façade panels give the building a balanced, calm and distinctive appearance.
