In Riehen, we developed four detached and three semi-detached homes for SF Urban Properties AG, set within a natural, landscaped garden and offered as condominium ownership. The façades of the cubic buildings feature a carefully considered colour concept developed in coordination with the local townscape commission. The high-quality interiors were individually customised by the buyers, resulting in ten distinctive family homes.
