The extension of the commercial building at Schaffhauserplatz 3 and its comprehensive refurbishment have given this distinctive property a fresh new appearance. The apartments and commercial spaces now meet the high standards expected by urban tenants. The leased units were occupied in April 2021. Located at the heart of city life, the development blends seamlessly into Zurich’s urban landscape despite its modernisation.
