At Schauenburgerstrasse in Liestal, we carried out a comprehensive refurbishment as general contractor for the client, Basler Leben AG. The three buildings comprise a total of 93 apartments, all of which were renovated while remaining occupied. New floor and wall finishes in the bathrooms and kitchens have given the interiors a fresh, modern standard. The façades, roofs, communal areas and stairwells were also fully refurbished.
