The four-storey apartment building comprises 12 modern condominiums ranging from 3.5 to 5.5 rooms. The new building is constructed and certified in accordance with the MINERGIE® standard. An environmentally friendly geothermal heat pump system provides heating, while photovoltaic panels on the roof generate renewable energy.

Underfloor heating and a controlled ventilation system ensure a balanced and comfortable indoor climate. The landscaping concept integrates seamlessly into the existing residential neighbourhood.
