The Sonnmatt development comprises 86 modern rental apartments, lofts and various retail spaces, which we delivered as both building contractor and general contractor for SWICA Krankenversicherung AG. Constructing this new development in an urban environment presented several complex challenges. The site is bordered by cantonal roads on two sides and by a railway embankment on the third. This situation required sophisticated planning from the architects, while the restricted site access also had to be carefully managed throughout the construction phase.
