In Alt-Wiedikon, in Zurich’s District 3, the Tiergarten residential development was created with a total of 59 rental apartments. On behalf of Mobimo, we carried out the conversion of the original load-bearing structure as well as the construction of the new-build section. A particularly striking feature is the staircase, with its distinctive cross-running stair elements creating an architectural highlight.
