The Duradero development comprises six buildings adjacent to the popular residential neighbourhoods of Dürrenmatten and Bachgraben. As general contractor, we delivered Building A for ETRA Immobilien AG. The new building comprises 48 apartments, two kindergartens, a scout facility and a studio. The building was constructed to the Minergie standard. High-quality workmanship and carefully selected materials create a comfortable and welcoming living environment. Lifts and step-free access ensure convenient accessibility to the apartments, making the development suitable for residents of all ages.
