Where AMAG was once located, a new residential development comprising 226 rental apartments is now taking shape. The conversion from commercial use to residential space forms part of the major Schwamendingen motorway enclosure project. In the future, residents will have direct access to the Überlandpark via a bridge connected to the building. The development offers a particularly diverse mix of apartment types, ranging from studios and patio apartments to maisonettes and spacious loft-style apartments. Completion is planned for 2026.
