For SPS Immobilien AG, we constructed a modern senior living and care facility: the USEGO-Park Care Centre. The six-storey building comprises 25 senior apartments and a care unit with 60 modern care rooms. The ground floor also features a spacious reception area with a bright bistro, an attractive terrace and generously landscaped gardens.
