On the site of the former “Zwicky & Co. AG” silk-twisting mill in Wallisellen, we developed an urban residential project across building plots A6–A10. The exposed brick façades reinterpret the site’s historic buildings, creating a sense of continuity while preserving the distinctive character of the new neighbourhood centre.

From commercial spaces and loft-style studios to spacious family apartments, the development offers a wide range of spaces for living and working. In total, the residential development comprises five apartment buildings with four or seven storeys. The project was planned by two separate teams and implemented as one overall development.
