On the site of the former “Max Krattiger AG” joinery in Liestal, we are developing the “Wohnen am Bach” residential development with 37 rental apartments. The apartments are distributed across three buildings connected by an underground car park. The rear-ventilated, suspended fibre-cement façade gives the development a clear and understated architectural character. Continuous access routes, with entrances from the surrounding pathways as well as from the central courtyard, connect the various areas of the development into a cohesive whole. High-quality landscaping further enhances the residential environment and quality of life. Durability, long-term value and sustainability are at the heart of the project. The entire development incorporates state-of-the-art energy technology and is being constructed and certified to the Minergie-P standard.
