In 1966, Walter Schmid founded W. Schmid & Co. Kommanditgesellschaft AG in Glattbrugg near Zurich. What began as a construction company has grown into today's WSG. WSG is a leader in the development and realization of real estate projects of all kinds. The company operates throughout German-speaking Switzerland with five locations and employs around 100 people. On one hand, we act as an innovative real estate developer, striving to make the impossible possible and to create living spaces and dreams on every plot of land. On the other hand, we have been responsible for the construction of more than 10,000 apartments over the past 60 years. Whether new construction or renovation, we bring your building projects to success while adhering to clear quality, schedule, and cost targets. As the fully responsible contractor, we are your single point of contact, offering everything from a single source.
